Canceling An Order

To cancel your pending order, please send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER". Include your order number and contact information please.

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, or a restocking fee may apply.

Our Customer Service team will reply to your cancellation request. If the order has already been processed, we can not complete the cancellation. In that event, you can contact us when the order arrives to make the necessary arrangements.

Returning a Regular Order

OpenMyBookstore.biz products are not-returnable, all items are final sale. If you require assistance with your order or require assistance please contact us within 15 days of receipt of products.

Sale Items

Even our great prices are further reduced from time to time. This may include single titles, or books of an entire category. Customers who purchase these books prior to the price reduction will not be eligible for the discount or a credit for the difference. Items placed in your shopping cart will return to the regular price if a sale ends prior to you checking out. OpenMyBookstore,biz reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Order Status

Please log into our website and view your Past Orders Summary for your order's status. If your order is missing or delayed, please contact us within two weeks of your order's estimated delivery time. Be sure to include your order number along with your contact information.
